WHAT MMM IS

Four months. People who hold you to it.

Here’s how it works, every month, for four months:

1st & 3rd Wednesdays — SMART Wednesdays (live, 2 hours, with Ari)

We set goals together and check in on how they’re going. Honest and open feedback, guidance and optimism. You’ll walk in with your 6-month SMART goals and leave each week with clear, tangible steps for the next two weeks. This is where the plan gets made, refined, and kept alive.

Week 2 — Your Accountability Partner Pod (3–4 musicians)

On day one, we match you into a small pod and you lock a standing weekly time that works for all of you. This is your crew for the next four months. Two hours of intentional, cameras-on work and check-ins (“here’s what I’m doing today”) then heads down. The people who do this don’t drift.

Week 4 — Stories & Songs (with your Partner Pods)

Share a story or a song with your pods to get feedback on your work and/or where you are on your journey. Guidance, growth, guts.

Industry feedback sessions

Join Ari and our special industry guests to ask them questions, get personalized support and guidance, play them your music. This is the feedback you can’t get from a comment section or a DM. Previous guests have included Artist managers, music supervisors, booking agents, label A&R and sync agents. Every member is invited to every session. Feedback on a signup basis.

The Companion Planner + Private Community

Every member gets the MMM physical companion planner built to take you from fuzzy resolutions to 6-month SMART goals to monthly stepping-stones you actually hit. Plus a private community group where the group checks in between sessions, and gets ongoing support from Ari and the Ari’s Take team.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

When does it run?

The program runs August 5 to December 2, 2026. SMART Wednesdays are the first & third Wednesday of each month (live, with Ari). Your accountability pod meets weekly at a time you and your pod choose. Guest feedback sessions are sporadic throughout the 4-months.

How much time does it take?

Plan on about 5 hours a week. 2 hours actively working with your pod or attending group sessions. And then another 3 hours throughout the week to put things into action so you can stay on track and moving along.

Where does this take place?

All sessions are over Zoom.

What is the attendance policy?

Your accountability partners are depending on you. By signing up for this selective program you are committing to attend all required sessions. Of course, life happens, and we understand if you need to miss a session or two. However, if you miss 3 mandatory sessions, you may be asked to exit the community. All sessions are mandatory except Industry Feedback sessions which are optional, but encouraged.

Is this a course?

No. There are no pre-recorded lessons. MMM is live, group, and accountability-driven. (If you want Ari’s Take Academy courses on streaming, sync, touring, royalties, or special events, those live here.) MMM is the room where you apply what you know and actually finish what you start.

Do I need to have taken an ATA course first?

No. MMM stands on its own. That said, ATA course alumni who’ve done the work get priority in our application review and will be better setup for success. You already know how we operate; this is just more specialized, focused, intentional, with much more hands-on attention. ATA courses typically have monthly 1-hour Q&A Zoom sessions. MMM has 8-hours/month of live, group sessions.

Where do members need to be based?

For this first program, MMM is open to musicians in the the Americas (Latin America, USA, Canada). That keeps everyone in workable time zones, so the live SMART Wednesdays, pod meetings, and guest sessions actually fit your schedule. (We’ll open up more regions as we grow.)

How much does this cost?

The application costs $25. This covers the time to review every application and weeds out those who are not seriously considering the program. If accepted, the program costs $1,497. Your application fee will be deducted from the program fee. 4-18 month payment plans are available.

What's the refund policy?

There are no refunds, so please don’t apply on a whim. The application and our review exist so we’re both confident it’s a fit before you commit. If you’re accepted, look hard at the schedule and the four-month commitment before you enroll.
